Student Conduct:
1. Students should arrive early to prepare for class. Students who arrive after the warm-up portion (15-20min) will not be allowed to dance, but may observe the remainder of class. This is not to punish the child but to prevent injury.
2. Regular attendance is important, not only is repetition integral to the mind and body but also we strive to promote teamwork and commitment. Please notify the studio for any sickness/expected absence or need to leave early.
3. No child under 12 will be allowed to leave the studio in between classes.
4. No food in the dance studio. Please limit snacks to the waiting area and clean up after yourselves.
5. No street shoes on the dance floor.
6. All students are expected to show respect for the staff and fellow classmates.
Dress Code:
Dress For Success! Hair must always be pulled back, Buns preferred for ballet and pony tails for all other classes. No Jewelry. Label all belongings.
Pre-school & Combo classes- Any colored leotard, pink tights, pink leather ballet slippers, Black Mary Jane Tap Shoes. Combo class add NEW* Tan pull on Jazz shoe. Don’t forget your reward notebook.
Ballet/Pointe- Girls, any colored leotard and tights, optional black spandex shorts or leggings. Pink Leather Ballet Slippers/pointe shoes. Warm up attire must be form fitting. Boys, form fitting t- shirt, with shorts or jazz pants. Black Ballet Slippers.
Tap- Any colored leotard or form fitting top with black leggings or shorts. Black Lace Up Tap shoes. Jazz- Any colored leotard or form fitting top with black leggings or spandex shorts. NEW *Tan pull on Jazz shoes.
Hip Hop- Any movement attire, no denim. NEW* Black Pastry Sneakers.
Acrobatics- Any colored biketard, leotard or form fitting top with leggings or spandex shorts. For safety reasons absolutely no loose t-shirts or sweats that will slip during spotting. White Gym/Agility shoes.
Lyrical- Any colored leotard or form fitting top with black leggings or spandex shorts. Tan stirrup tights. Tan Half Sole Shoe.

There are 2 weather/emergency/staff related cancellations per class built into the schedule, if we go above that a make up class will be scheduled.
